Back from a 2 days drive through Mar de plástico and it is shocking, plastic from destroyed greenhouses and plastictrash is allover and it seems that nobody are willing to do anything about it.
At Plastfree Ocean we will try work out a solution. We do have the right’s to equipment which after it has been placed in the area will be able to convert all kind of plastic to recycled diesel oil. The biggest challenge is that the different companies in the area often are small family owned companies with limited economy to buy our equipment without help from public authorities. We are at the moment in a dialoque with the Spanish Embassy about finding companies who will be interested in participating in our project to install our equipment different places in the area to solve the huge plastic problem.
