WasteShark

The WasteShark is specifically designed for in-shore use where waste and biomass tend to collect. When compared to other solutions the WasteShark offers the user the benefit of an easy and efficient means to capture floating waste.  The WasteShark is simple to operate which, combined with its proportions, allows it to work regularly and efficiently. Many waste collecting vessels spend a disproportionate amount of time out of action while waiting for large areas of trash chokeholds to develop before they are deployed. This often sees most of the waste sinking to the bottom and becoming irretrievable; by design the WasteShark can provide daily maintenance of a water body cheaply and effectively.

MegaShark

The MegaShark is engineered for targeted waste removal in challenging environments and boasts a remarkable ability to navigate confined areas where debris tends to accumulate. Concealed within its compact frame lies the capacity to capture significant quantities of waste. CyanoShark

The CyanoShark represents a breakthrough in autonomous water treatment technology, combining RanMarine’s proven WasteShark platform with Eget Liber’s innovative Staged Flow Treatment System (SFTS). This sophisticated autonomous surface vessel (ASV) is specifically engineered to combat harmful blue-green algae blooms (cyanobacteria) using entirely chemical-free methods.

The vessel’s advanced sensor array, including LiDAR, GPS, and Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), enables independent navigation while following pre-programmed mission routes or responding to real-time operator control via remote interface. The integrated SFTS features strategically designed multi-angled baffles at the front section that efficiently guide buoyant cyanobacteria from the water’s surface layer into the onboard reactor unit. Once captured, the system employs multi-modal, chemical-free treatment methods to safely disrupt and neutralize harmful algae while minimizing impact on other aquatic life.

Real-time water quality monitoring ensures optimal treatment effectiveness, while 4G connectivity provides continuous data transmission and operational oversight. This targeted approach focuses treatment efforts where cyanobacteria naturally accumulate, maximizing efficiency while reducing the need for manual intervention and providing a scalable solution for consistent harmful algal bloom management.

OilShark

RanMarine is innovating in the field of aquatic oil spill response with the development of an Autonomous Surface Vessel (ASV) called “OilShark.” This specialised vessel is designed to address incidental oil spills that occur in inshore locations, such as ports, harbours, and areas with high vessel traffic where hydrocarbon spills are likely to happen. Serving as a rapid response and first responder solution, the OilShark enables clean-up crews to swiftly deploy and initiate containment measures for these spills.

RanMarine integrates advanced data connectivity via RanMarine Connect on the Megashark platform, enhancing operational capabilities. Partnering with leading European Oil Response companies, RanMarine ensures the effectiveness of the OilShark. Commercial units are set to launch in first quarter 2026

BeBot

What it does

BeBot screens sand, rakes seaweed, levels out expanses of beach, and lifts and carries loads. It collects all waste buried in the defined area.
BeBot announces its presence, meaning it is completely safe, and it can also cope with steep terrain.

It protects plant and animal life as well as the sand as it screens.
BeBot is 100% electric, and emits no harmful gases or greenhouse gases.
Its quiet running means it can operate at any time of day or night without restrict.
